Cold Water Soluble Film (Embroidery):

This film
is used as backing during embroidery to prevent puckering
and slipping of fabric, as this film is 100% removable during
garment washing.
When heavy tear
away backing is used (in heavy embroidery) the embroidered
part stands out with stiff feeling and the strands are visible
after wash and causes irritation to skin. But WSF ensures
that the finished garment has absolutely no sign of embroidered
backing. This film also allows the embroidery to be clear
visible and ensures that there is no thread breaking, puckering
or damage to embroidery machine. |

Cold
Water Soluble Film & heat sealable (Packaging):

|
Pesticides
or agricultural chemicals when packed in pouches made of WSF,
the user is not exposed to harmful chemicals, and also the
exact pre determined quantity is used, and no contaminated
packaging is to be disposed off. This also prevents inhalation
of potentially dangerous product and eliminates product loss
from spills, hence safe and economical for use.

Besides
this film are anti-static, non-toxic, odour retentive, gas
and solvent resistant, neutral (non acidic and non acholic),
impermeable to bacteria and virus, printable and above all
fully biodegradable.

It
can also be used in packing of detergents (liquids or powder),
which are sized for a single load of laundry cleaners, disinfectants,
pigments, dyes and many other chemicals can be packed.

Heat
sealing can be done with conventional plastic sealing machine
including hot bar, impulse and sonic sealers.

| The
temperature, seal time and pressure should be adjusted for proper
packing. |
| CAUTION:
The compatibility of the compound to be packed with WSF is
to be tested. And if the sealing temperature is too high then
the sealed area will became brittle and developed air bubbles
resulting in dissolution time. |

| Hot
Water Soluble Film & heat sealable (Health Care):
In hospitals the laundry bags
made from this WSF ensures the protection of patients and
the employees from hazardous of contamination.
The laundry bag once closed
it dissolves completely in wash water releasing the soiled
and infected linen into the laundry process, preventing exposure
of contaminates to person and environment.

Similarly
it is also used for collecting and transporting of infected
surgical instruments from operation theatre.
|
This
film is also used in nuclear plant for washing radioactive
laundry of workers, avoiding the use of poly film and radioactive
soiled bio waste and landfills.

NOTE:
Storage of WSF is very sensitive to high temperature
and humidity hence it should be stored in protective wrapping
and extreme temperature and humidity should be avoided during
process. |
